Data Removal Request
We honor removal requests from rink owners, authorized representatives, and individuals with a legitimate privacy or legal concern. Removals are processed within 7 business days.
Who can request removal
- Rink owners and managers — request removal of your listing for any reason.
- Anyone with a personal-data concern — if a listing contains personal information about you (e.g., a phone number registered to your home) and you'd like it removed.
- Legal representatives — DMCA, takedown, or other formal requests.
How to request removal
Email hello@usaskatingrinks.com with the subject "Removal request." Include:
- The URL of the listing you'd like removed
- Your name and relationship to the rink (owner, employee, individual, legal rep)
- A brief reason for the request
For owner-requested removals, we may ask for verification (an email from a domain matching the rink's website, or a brief call) before completing the removal.
What removal means
Approved removals are permanent. The page will return a 410 (Gone) status, be removed from our sitemap, and be de-indexed from search engines over their normal recrawl cycle. We don't restore removed listings unless the original requester asks us to.
